“The lagoon was amazing. But the activity as a whole was very poorly planned. Lot's of time-outs during the morning and the lunch was at the guide friend's place it looked to me, near the port at Grindavik. We stopped at the Blue Lagoon to drop off some people (had nothing to do with out activity) but we didn't even get down from the bus. We just went there to drop them off, loosing valuable time. Also, you start at the bus terminal just to have to get back there again to pick a different bus to go to the lagoon... These is not what you expect when you hire…”
