“Directions for bus pick up were based on a building which was no longer there. Despite arriving 10 minutes early, in the general area for the pick up, the bus was missed. Staff at the port were as mystified by the directions given as we were and calls to the bus provider received no response. We had to take an, expensive, taxi to the Blue Lagoon. The instructions given were woeful, the bus, apparently, waited only 4 minutes despite passengers being missing and the number given to call, in case of problems, was unresponsive. I can not recommend the experience.”

We found our own transportation. They are now denying us a refund because they claim we did not cancel in time. So wrong!”

Waited another 25 minutes and called Viator for assistance. While on the phone as Viator rep was contacting bus company, another but came flying by, on the other side of the street from the hotel. He stopped, told us to hurry up, that he shouldn't have stopped, was very rude. Took us to BSI terminal where I talked…”
