“The tour itself was great. Our tour guide was Sebastián. Sebastián was very informative and helpful throughout the tour. All the locations were wonderful to visit and see. Very worth it! The only disappointment was the tomato farm. We spent 10 minutes at the tomato farm, enough to use the restroom and leave. It would have made the trip complete if we would have had the opportunity to have lunch there as advertised.”

“I liked everything about it! The companionship of the 2 women who were in my group, Fernanda and Nadia as well as our tour guide, Bjarki was wonderful. It was more being out with friends versus a scheduled tour. Bjarki even helped all of us to keep from falling in the slippery areas. Especially me! I did have on hiking shoes however , note to anyone taking a tour around the waterfalls , if the trails have not been salted ( which Bjarki said that they usually are) please wear shoes with grips for slippery conditions. Highly Recommend ! Great lunch and seeing an Icelandic Horse up close. 👍🏻”

“The van was nice and the stops were honored, but this was advertised as providing guided tours from an English speaking guide. This was not provided. The guide spoke only conversational English. While her language skills may be suitable for a shop or a restaurant, tour guide requires a level of proficiency that was clearly not met. Additionally, no guided service was provided, as was advertised in the Viator description. There was no commentary at all. About anything. I’m not even sure she introduced herself. At most stops the guide pointed in a direction and said “go where the people are going”. The pick up timing was improperly communicated, the…”

“Julien was an excellent guide. He gave us all the interesting information we needed but also gave us space to explore for ourselves. The comfortable vehicle meant the tour was well worth the price tag. Personally we felt we could have done without the dairy farm and had more time in the national park, but i can see that the delicious ice cream would be a major draw for younger families. We had an unforgettable day on this tour.”
